Editorial status
Editorial draft — Astronaut must verify its legal identity and service terms before publication. This text is not yet an effective agreement.
Accounts and orders
Astronaut offers hosting, WordPress, VPS/VDS and domain services within each specific offer. Customers must provide accurate information, secure their accounts and be authorised to act for any represented organisation. Resources, term, price, taxes and management scope must be disclosed before ordering. An inquiry-only offer does not promise automatic activation.
Payment and service term
Verify the final amount and currency on the invoice. Bank transfers are confirmed after funds are received, not merely after uploading a receipt. Renewal, automatic charging and price changes apply only under disclosed agreements. Domain availability and pricing may change before registration completes; an ambiguous outcome must be checked before another purchase is attempted.
Customer responsibilities
Follow the law, AUP, copyright rules and accurate domain-registration requirements. Maintain application updates, access controls and independent backups unless a managed-service agreement includes them. Attacks, spam and intentional shared-resource exhaustion are prohibited. VPS root access does not itself include full application administration by Astronaut.
Suspension, liability and disputes
Non-payment, material breach or lawful orders may require proportionate restrictions, with reasons and a remedy path where lawful and safe. An active threat may require immediate isolation. Liability limits must not exclude liabilities or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise disputes with support first; access to competent authorities and courts remains unaffected. Governing law and the full contracting entity details require confirmation before approval.
