What to report
Use the contact page or account support. Include domain/IP, exact URL, time and timezone, type of abuse and sufficient safe evidence. Clearly identify phishing, spam, malware or copyright reports. Do not open dangerous files or send unnecessary victim data. For immediate threats to life, also contact the appropriate emergency services.
How reports are handled
Astronaut checks the connection to its services, risk and evidence, requests clarification if needed and notifies the account holder where appropriate. Active threats may be isolated with priority. Not every complaint results in automatic removal. Reporters receive an appropriate outcome without disclosure of others’ personal data. This draft does not promise a fixed hourly response deadline.
