Prohibited activities
Illegal content, child sexual exploitation, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, botnets, unauthorised access, data theft, DDoS and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. Security testing requires the system owner’s permission and compliance with the service terms.
Email and resources
Unsolicited bulk mail, harvested address lists, open relays and bypassing anti-spam controls are not allowed. Mail must have a lawful basis and appropriate subscription/unsubscription mechanisms. CPU, RAM, disk and traffic usage must remain within the plan; mining, persistent scanning or workloads harmful to a shared node require prior written agreement.
Response and review
Astronaut assesses evidence, severity and proportionate action: warning, remediation, temporary isolation or termination for severe/repeated breaches. Customers receive an explanation and review channel unless law or security prevents this. A report alone is not proof requiring deletion or suspension.
