Request and refund route
Include the invoice, service, date and reason in a ticket; do not send full card details. Astronaut checks payment, delivery status and legal requirements. Approved refunds use the original payment route unless another lawful method is agreed in writing. Gifts or bonuses do not automatically become cash.
Timing and statutory withdrawal
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply to a distance consumer contract, the applicable legal period and procedure apply; starting service immediately does not automatically remove every right. Any required request, consent and explanation for an exception must be established separately. This draft does not create a 30-day marketing guarantee or a fixed processing promise. Decision and banking timelines are communicated for each case within mandatory deadlines.
Errors and exceptions
Duplicate charges, undelivered orders and non-conforming services are reviewed separately. Irreversible costs of completed domain registration/renewal/transfer, licences and consumed resources may be excluded only where lawful and disclosed before ordering. Mandatory rights are unaffected. Service cancellation, domain cancellation and refund are distinct actions.
