Privacy Policy

Editorial status

Editorial draft — Astronaut must verify its legal identity and service terms before publication. This text is not yet an effective agreement.

Who processes your data

Astronaut is the service brand. The company identification number supplied by its owner is 400358331. The full registered name, address and privacy contact must be verified before final publication. Send questions through the contact page or an authenticated support ticket.

What we collect and why

Accounts and orders may involve names, email, telephone, billing addresses, company information, domain registrant details, invoices and transaction references. Security processing includes IP addresses, sign-in and technical event logs; support includes messages you send. Processing relies on contract, legal obligations, justified security interests or separate consent where required. Marketing consent is not a condition of essential service.

Storage and security

Access must be limited to authorised staff and necessary service providers. Information is retained for its purpose and legally required periods; separate account, accounting, security and backup schedules must be confirmed in the retention register. Erasure requests do not override mandatory accounting retention. Never send full card numbers, CVV, passwords or API keys to support.

Recipients and international transfers

The minimum information needed to fulfil an order may be shared with domain registrars/registries and infrastructure, payment, email or security providers. Information is not disclosed for sale. Legal requests are assessed for authority and scope. Actual recipients, countries, subprocessors and international-transfer safeguards must be recorded in the DPA annex; this text alone does not establish such safeguards.

Rights, cookies and GDPR

You may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, subject to applicable law. Consent can be withdrawn through an equally simple channel; identity checks must be proportionate. Cookies are explained separately. GDPR applies where its scope is met; compliance requires a separate legal and technical assessment and is not certified by this page. Rights to complain to the competent supervisory authority and courts remain available.
