I paid — when will the service activate?

Payment confirmation and provider provisioning are separate stages.

Returning from Flitt does not by itself mean Paid; a signed callback or reconciliation confirms it. Bank transfers require verified allocation.

Provider provisioning starts after Paid and Active appears only after final provider confirmation.
