Webmail lets you use email in a browser. You can read and send messages without installing a separate email application.
Prepare your sign-in details
Use your email service’s Webmail address, your full email address and mailbox password. The client-area password may differ from the mailbox password. Find the correct link on the service management page or check with support.
Working with messages
After signing in, you will see your folders. Before sending a new message, check the recipient, subject and attachments. If you cannot find a message, check spam and use search. Button names vary between Webmail applications.
If you cannot sign in
Check the full address, keyboard language and password again. Use the service’s official management tools to reset a password. Share the error message with support, but never send your password by email.
End your session
On a shared device, use the sign-out button when finished. Closing the window does not always end the account session. Avoid saving your password on such a device.
