Astronaut acts as a technical and administrative intermediary between the customer and the applicable registry/registrar. Each TLD's registry rules also apply.
1. Availability and registration
Search results are informational. A domain is not reserved until the registry confirms successful registration. Names must satisfy syntax, reservation, and rights-protection rules.
2. Registrant data
Customers must provide accurate registrant and contact details and keep them current. Invalid data may trigger verification, suspension, or cancellation under registry rules.
3. Term and renewal
A domain is registered for a fixed term, not owned permanently. The registrant is responsible for renewal. Reminders are a convenience; auto-renewal completes only when enabled and payment succeeds.
4. Transfer
A transfer may require unlock, a working contact email, and an EPP/Auth code. Timing and renewal effects depend on the TLD. NIC.GE rules apply to .ge domains.
5. Disputes and third-party rights
The registrant must avoid infringement. Disputes may follow the registry, UDRP, or .ge dispute policy.
6. Fees and cancellation
Successful registry actions are normally irreversible. Registration, renewal, redemption, and premium-name fees may differ. The Refund Policy also applies.
